As an Enterprise Systems Assistant, you will support the projects, data, and system processes that help our teamsoperatewith accuracy and speed.Working within the IT Group,you’llhelpmaintainsystem data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across business functions
Duties/Responsibilities:
Communicate with Pricing, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Operations to resolve system-relatedquestions.
Participate in working sessions to align data or troubleshoot issues.
Maintain clean, consistent, structured data across pricing workflows.
Assistin developing controlled pricing processes, templates, and crosswalk files.
Identifyopportunities to improve system accuracy, reduce manual work, and streamline updates.
Document processes for training and onboarding.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business-related field
2+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, or other related systems
Experience within one or more applications including but limited to: Infor VisualERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Power BIReporting
Familiarity with distribution, tooling, or manufacturing
Understanding ofbasic data logic or system workflows.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Attention to detail and a passion for solving problems.
Basic comfort with Excel and structured data.
Strong communicationskills and willingness to ask questions.
Ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks.
Interest in systems, pricing, process improvement, or data workflows.
AI application background is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds at a time
