This job is responsible for sharing leadership of a sales force with a regional executive to achieve sales goals and integrating partnerships within the Enterprise. Key responsibilities include managing and executing processes jointly and developing strategies to meet goals and talent management including market expansion, hiring, onboarding, proficiency of sales routines, and providing feedback and coaching. Job expectations include integrating and driving strategic management and process improvement, communicating across lines of business, and coaching and developing employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Engages with Enterprise key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives, while providing updates on strategic business initiatives
  • Evaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement and growth to the overall process, identifying data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness
  • Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals, evaluates employee progress, and strives to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment
  • Applies knowledge of the end-to-end processes and ensures adherence to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines

Required skills:

  • Previous sales experience and proven sales results evidenced by opening new markets or turning around existing markets.
  • Experience coaching sales teams and interacting with executives.
  • Ability to communicate and influence verbally and in writing to multiple levels and audiences.
  • Receive and handle client escalations and ensure enterprise complaints tracking process is executed.
  • Ensure integration, alignment and effective partnerships with financial centers operations, wealth management, consumer lending, small business and enterprise practices.
  • Must have strong small business lending knowledge.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous Practice Solutions experience

Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities.
