Enterprise Project Manager

SBS Creatix is hiring an Enterprise Project Manager to lead workstreams within a major financial services firm's finance transformation initiative. You'll oversee project streams supporting the home office, field teams, and broader finance operations — coordinating across business areas, digital teams, and global contractors. If you can drive complex projects forward in a fast-paced environment, keep accurate reporting on track, and connect the right people to keep things moving — this one's for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, organization, execution, and delivery of large, enterprise-level project initiatives
• Oversee project streams tied to finance transformation efforts supporting the home office, field teams, and broader finance operations
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple moving parts
• Coordinate and communicate across global and cross-functional teams
• Ensure weekly reports and updates are completed accurately and on time
• Help "unblock" issues and keep projects moving forward
• Partner with project managers, department heads, and leaders across functional areas
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations; escalate issues and changes when appropriate
• Quantify risk and develop mitigation strategies; deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate resource needs and manage assigned resources within and across projects
• Establish major milestones and over-arching schedules; track progress throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, enterprise-level projects across multiple business units and stakeholders
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent communication — clear, accurate, and timely reporting both upward and downward
• Solid understanding of project dependencies, risks, and coordination
• Able to work independently without needing constant direction
• Sufficient business or finance fluency to lead effectively, even if you're not the SME
• Practical experience valued over credentials

Education

• Associate degree or equivalent experience

• Finance transformation projects
• Financial services industry experience
• Experience supporting finance or business operations
• Agile and waterfall project management exposure
• Working with global teams and contractors
• PMP and change management certifications preferred
