About the Opportunity
At Cleanaway, we are creating an enterprise-wide Product & Services Catalogue (PSC) that will become the single source of truth for how our products and services are represented, sold and accessed across the business.
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Catalogue Manager to lead the discovery, business case development, design and implementation of this capability from the ground up.
This is a genuine greenfield transformation opportunity. You will assess the current state, define the future operating model, recommend the technology, governance and processes required, and deliver a roadmap that transforms how our sales teams access and utilise product and service information.
The Product & Services Catalogue will manage more than 3,500 products and services and become a critical sales enablement capability across the organisation. It will provide a trusted source of product information aligned to industries, customer segments, pricing frameworks, sales collateral and SKU structures.
This capability will underpin future integration with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and SharePoint, while supporting our longer-term vision of delivering a customer-facing catalogue experience.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You have successfully led the design, establishment or transformation of enterprise-scale Product Catalogue, Product Information Management (PIM) or similar catalogue capabilities within large, complex organisations.
You understand that a catalogue is far more than a repository of products. It is a business-critical capability that enables sales effectiveness, supports commercial outcomes, improves product discovery and creates consistency across the organisation.
This role is suited to an experienced practitioner who has previously established, transformed or owned enterprise catalogue capabilities within large, matrix-style organisations.
We are seeking someone who can bring proven experience, established methodologies and practical lessons learned from comparable environments, rather than someone looking for a first-time opportunity in this space.
