Your Team

The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.

The Enterprise Enablement (EE) team within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management and process mapping.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the Enterprise PMO (EPMO), including management of a team of analysts responsible fordaytodayportfolio activities such as RAIDs,reportingand support requests.

  • Maintainenterprisewideoversight of the change portfolio, with a strong focus on portfolio health, systemic risks, deliverydependenciesand capacity constraints.

  • Focus on ongoing process improvement and continuous uplift of EPMO practices and ways of working. Collaborate and work closely with the ADF Transformation team to support the evolution of the ASX Delivery Framework.   

  • Develop and apply a deep, working understanding of the ASX Delivery Framework (ADF) to inform portfolio oversight,guidanceanddecisionmaking

  • Evolve practices to incorporate persistent teams and continuous delivery ways of working

  • Actively drive adherence to and compliance with the ASX Delivery Framework, working with delivery teams toidentifygaps, addressissuesand uplift maturity.

  • Build a deep understanding of the Enterprise portfolio and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.Identify,analyseand surfaceportfoliolevelrisks, issues,dependenciesand compliance themes, enabling early intervention and informed prioritisationsequencing

  • Provide advisory support to program and project managers, helping teams navigate delivery challenges while reinforcing framework expectations.

  • Build strong,trustbasedrelationships across delivery portfolios, enabling effective collaboration and open sharing of insights.

  • Establish and foster portfolio and delivery communities,facilitatingsharing of lessons learned, emerging risks and leading practices across ASX.

  • Capture and promote lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance portfolio performance and delivery maturity.

  • Supportportfoliolevelgovernance,complianceand reporting, ensuringaccurate,decisionfocusedinformation for Executive andBoardlevelforums.

  • Work with Finance and project team on budget oversight

  • Engage constructively with stakeholders and communicate clearly and proactively to support alignment and effective outcomes.

  • Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture byrolemodellingASX values and actively breaking down silos.

  • Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolveissuesand improveendtoendenterprise outcomes.

  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach, develop and support others.

  • Operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments, managing competing priorities andtradeoffs

  • Demonstrate curiosity and build a deep understanding of the role’s function and the broader ASX context.

  • PreparehighqualityExecutive and governance papers, briefings and updates, tailored to audience and governance needs.

  • Engage with senior leaders across Enterprise Customer & Operations and other divisions, and Boards or senior forums where relevant to role scope.

  • Undertake other activitiesreasonably requiredto support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.

Your experience and qualifications

Must have

  • Tertiary qualification in business, delivery, portfolio management or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading oroperatingwithin an enterprise PMO or portfolio management function, including people leadership.

  • Strong experience providingportfoliolevelinsight, including managing risks,dependenciesand delivery impacts across multiple initiatives.

  • Practical experience supporting or advising program and project managers in delivery environments

  • Proven working knowledge of enterprise delivery frameworks, with the ability to drive understanding and compliance.

  • Experienceoperatingin regulated or highly governed environments, supporting compliance and reporting requirements.

  • Experience preparingportfoliolevelreporting for executive or senior governance forums.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within enterprise delivery frameworks or operating model transformations.

  • Exposure to strategy execution, investmentprioritisationor workforce planning.

  • Experience building or leading communities of practice or delivery forums.
