Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Platform Developer  with strong hands-on expertise in configuring, extending, and supporting ITSM platforms.

What you will do

  • Implement and evolve the Ivanti  platform through hands-on development, scripting, and deep technical configuration to automate Technical Directorate processes.
  • Independently implement technical solutions within the defined architecture: perform complex configurations, custom development, and integration setups.
  • Ensure technical integration and alignment of new solutions with the company's adjacent classic ITSM processes.
  • Write code and create custom workflows where out-of-the-box functionality is insufficient.
  • Develop and maintain workflow logic, complex forms, business rules, SLAs, notifications, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
  • Configure and troubleshoot integrations with external systems (CMDB, ITAM, AD, monitoring tools, portals, REST APIs, message brokers, databases).
  • Support data migration activities (users, tickets, CMDB records, reference data).
  • Validate implemented code and configurations, participate in testing with business stakeholders, and manage the technical handover prior to deployment.
  • Resolve complex technical and integration incidents alongside IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.

Qualifications and experience needed

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and developing on enterprise automation or BPM platforms (e.g., Ivanti, Cherwell, ServiceNow, HP Service Manager/SMAX, OMNITRACKER, UnityBase, Camunda, BMC Helix, Creatio, Salesforce, Pegasystems).
  • Proven track record of programming custom workflows, business rules, and complex processes beyond standard out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Strong practical skills in scripting and web technologies: JavaScript, SQL.
  • Solid experience building and troubleshooting system integrations (REST APIs, web services, message brokers, databases).
  • Knowledge of CMDB concepts, service modeling, relationships, and automation.
  • Experience developing complex forms, UI customizations, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation and diagrams (Visio, Draw.io, or similar).
  • English – Intermediate or higher (for reading technical documentation and vendor communication).

A plus would be

  • Direct experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or Ivanti Service Manager.
  • Developer certifications for Ivanti or other enterprise ITSM/BPM platforms.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Background in business/systems analysis, process methodology, or understanding of ITIL v3/v4 principles.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise automation, system implementation, or migration projects.
