
TheEnterprisePaymentsSales EnablementManager isan essential role for the establishment and progression ofgrowth initiativesfor the Payments team and for Huntington Bank overall.
This role will be actively involved in leadinginitiatives thatexpand andevolve Payments Sales Enablement programs todelivermeasurable revenue impact through strategicsales enablementexecutionwithin thisfast growingsegment of Huntington Bank. Thisincludes driving strategically important“Go-To Market”and Commercializationinitiatives such asassessing and developing business cases toexpand key functionsandevaluating resources, staffing and technology investmentsto supportthis rapidlyscalingbusiness The PaymentsSales EnablementManager willclosely workwiththe head of Payments Strategy, the Payments Go-To-Market and Commercialization team,productmanagers, sales and service teams and key functional leadersacross Enterprise Payments and Sales Enablement functions withinother business unitsExamples of the work includeassessing and building business cases for newsales enablement investmentsanddesigning implementing newoperating modelsthat align with “Go-To-Market” approachandthe sales enablement teamswithin other business units Toachieve these outcomes, this role willinterfacedirectly with senior leadership as well assenior management withinother businessesfunctionsThis role reports toa member of the Enterprise Payments leadership team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading the execution ofmarketresearch, performing analytics, benchmarking current capabilities and conducting competitor analysis to develop fact-baseto support setting the direction forestablishing best-in-class sales enablement capabilities
Leading the development,refinementand reportingof OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)related to Go-To-Market and Sales Enablement effectiveness
Responsible for the formation, impact sizing and execution of strategicsales enablement initiativesand in partnership with otherpayments teamsandsales enablementfunctions within Huntington.
Coordinates and takes accountability for developing strategic presentations to senior management, working cross-functionally to determine and develop appropriate content, messaging and presentation.
Leadsdefining, prioritizing, and managing various initiatives acrosssales enablement
Leads ad-hoc strategic market analysis.
Leads and performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
2 years of direct experience insales enablementorpayments strategy is strongly preferred having achieved a leading role
Executive-level presence
Ability to navigate and work cross-functionally and with all levels within an organization
Ability to work and manage with ambiguity
Strong research skills and desire to expand knowledge
Ability to synthesize analysis and research into practical strategic insights and recommendations (critical thinking and assessment)
Ability to manage individuals and complex engagements in a matrixed model
Supervisory or management experience
Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity, performcomplex strategic analysisand proven ability to translate strategy into execution with responsibility for implementation.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree from top tier institution Graduate degree is preferred but not required.
5+ years experience inmanagement consulting, financial services, payments and/or software technologyis preferred.
7+ years of experience including a successful track record of developing business strategy, financial modeling and analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic business planning
