Microsoft’s Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) organisation translates Microsoft’s partner strategy into local ecosystem growth — connecting partners to customers, field sellers, technical resources and funding to accelerate AI transformation and drive sustainable, partner-led revenue.

As the Ireland Enterprise Partner Solutions Lead, you will own the partner business end-to-end for the subsidiary — partner strategy, co-sell pipeline, capacity and capability — as a senior individual contributor. This is a non-people-management role: you deliver impact by orchestrating and influencing across a cross-functional v-team, the Ireland Leadership Team, sellers and partners, rather than through direct reports. The Ireland EPS lead will also be part of the UK&I EPS Leadership team and be responsible for working in close alignment with the Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and Partner Sales Specialists (PSSs) that support the Irish partners,

Sitting at the integration point of partner strategy, investment and execution, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Country General Manager and Leadership Team on partner-led growth. A core part of the role is operational reporting — owning the partner-business reporting cadence and turning pipeline, revenue and capacity data into the insights that steer local investment and action. You will help build a resilient, scalable managed partner ecosystem aligned to Ireland’s solution-area priorities and the EPS business success metrics. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities

1. Partner Strategy & Business Planning — Own the Ireland partner strategy and joint business planning aligned to solution-area priorities with a primary focus on a set of managed SIs and ISVs. Align with Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to set and realise partner ambition and priorities that address company strategy within the constraints of country maturity and resource limitations, and translate them into a clear, measurable local plan.
2. Co-Sell & Pipeline Orchestration — Drive partner-sourced and partner-attached pipeline, revenue, consumption and share. Orchestrate frictionless co-sell between partners and field sellers so we deliver value to customers as One Microsoft throughout their AI journey.
3. Partner Capacity & Capability — Build partner capability across priority solution areas — AI, Copilot, cloud and business applications — and grow certified, skilled capacity to meet local customer demand and close delivery gaps.
4. Ecosystem Growth & Recruitment — Recruit, activate and grow the local partner ecosystem. Identify capability and coverage gaps against Ireland’s solution-play needs and bring in the partners required to fill them.
5. Operational Reporting & Business Rhythm — Own the partner-business reporting cadence for the Ireland subsidiary and turn data into decisions. Specifically, you will:

• Build and maintain the partner scorecard and dashboards covering co-sell pipeline, partner-sourced and partner-attached revenue, consumption, and capacity/capability metrics
• Provide accurate, timely pipeline and forecast reporting into the subsidiary Rhythm of Business (ROB), Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and connection points with the UK&I area and EMEA partner organisation.
• Translate partner performance data into clear insights and recommended actions for the General Manager and Leadership Team, surfacing risks, coverage gaps and opportunities early.
• Partner with the SE&O and Business & Sales Operations (BSO) teams to reconcile partner metrics with subsidiary Financial Revenue Attainment (FRA) and share reporting, and align to MCAPS standard rhythms.
• Maintain data hygiene and a single source of truth in Microsoft systems (e.g., MSX co-sell and Partner Center), safeguarding pipeline accuracy and forecast integrity.

6. Trusted Advisor & Thought Leadership — Become the trusted voice on the partner ecosystem locally, opening doors and removing barriers for partners, sellers and customers. Demonstrate partner advocacy and sponsorship to drive scale and share through co-selling.
7. Orchestration & Influence — As an individual contributor, deliver through cross-team v-teams and informal leadership rather than direct reports. Foster a collaborative, learning culture, influence stakeholders across the subsidiary and area, and model Microsoft culture and values in every interaction.

Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Experience in a commercial development, channel/partner management, business development, or technology sales,
• Demonstrated experience building and growing partner or channel ecosystems and driving co-sell or partner-sourced revenue.
• Experience owning business reporting, pipeline management or forecasting — building scorecards or dashboards and presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Experience in partner development, channel management, or solution sales.
• Cloud and AI solution-selling experience (Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot) and a working knowledge of Microsoft partner programs, incentives and co-sell motions.
• Strong analytical and business-operations skills: comfort with pipeline and forecast data, Rhythm of Business reporting, and translating metrics into action.
• Proven ability to orchestrate and influence through others in a matrixed organisation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen, with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Segment Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 130,800.00 - € 235,500.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
