We’re looking for a Enterprise Mobile Radio Network Expert join us at Telia.

I am Ramunas Mikalauskas, Head of Radio Access Network at Telia. Now I am looking for an experienced professional to join our team.

Our RAN team specializes in planning, deploying, and optimizing high-performance radio networks to ensure seamless coverage, capacity, and connectivity.

What you’ll do:

While our standard RAN teams focus on wide-scale public connectivity, as a Private Mobile Radio Network Expert, you will be the dedicated technical lead for bespoke enterprise solutions. You will translate specific client business needs into high-performance private network architectures, moving beyond "best-effort" coverage to design mission-critical RAN environments (5G/4G) tailored for industrial automation, security, and digital transformation. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex radio engineering and the unique operational requirements of our most strategic customers.

• Design tailored private 4G/5G radio architectures to meet specific client requirements for coverage, capacity, and mission-critical reliability.
• Deploy & Optimize end-to-end radio solutions, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance KPIs within complex industrial or enterprise environments.
• Consult strategic stakeholders to translate business operational needs into technical RAN specifications and long-term digital transformation roadmaps
• Innovate tools and processes to improve network efficiency, interference management, and the overall scalability of our private network portfolio.

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a solution-oriented communicator who can bridge the gap between complex radio engineering and practical business value for our clients.

• Proven experience in mobile radio network planning, deployment, and optimization (4G/5G), preferably within private or industrial network sectors.
• Strong knowledge of RAN architecture, radio propagation modeling tools (e.g., Atoll, iBwave), and spectrum management.
• Ability to translate complex client operational needs into technical specifications and lead end-to-end project delivery.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders.

Monthly salary range for this position – 4000-6000 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
