Job Description

Are you a high-energy, strategic sales professional with a passion for digital experience (DX) solutions? Do you thrive in enterprise sales environments, engaging with C-level executives to drive transformational marketing technology solutions? If so, this is the perfect role for you.

Our client, a market leader in digital experience and customer engagement solutions, is looking for a MarTech Sales Executive to join their team. This role focuses on selling a robust suite of Experience Cloud solutions—including Digital Asset Management, Customer Communications, Voice of the Customer, Web Content, and Experience Analytics—to enterprise customers across the Upper Midwest.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts, selling a comprehensive portfolio of DX solutions.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to engage with large enterprises across industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, and Utilities

  • Build strong relationships with CMOs, CDOs, CTOs, and other senior decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, consistently exceeding quota expectations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and technical pre-sales, to deliver top-tier solutions tailored to client needs.

Who You Are

  • A mid-career sales professional with 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in Digital Experience, Web Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Communications, or similar complex enterprise software

  • A proven closer with a history of successfully selling into large enterprise accounts in the Upper Midwest region.

  • Skilled in strategic prospecting, with a track record of quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year over-achievement

  • Experienced in selling to C-level executives, particularly within marketing, digital, and IT leadership

  • A quick study, eager to learn new solutions and articulate value propositions effectively.

  • Someone who values stability and long-term career growth, with a commitment to building and growing within a company for at least 4+ years.
