Enterprise Managed Print Sales Specialist

HP is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Managed Print Sales Specialist to accelerate growth within HP's Direct Enterprise business. This role focuses on a select portfolio of large national and international customers, helping them transform their print and document environments through innovative Managed Print Services (MPS), security solutions, analytics, and workflow optimization. While HP's overall go-to-market strategy is Channel First, a number of strategic enterprise customers are served through a direct engagement model. In these accounts, HP works closely with customers to design, implement, and expand complex print and workplace solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you will work with customer stakeholders, HP account teams, service delivery organizations, and selected partners to identify opportunities, drive business value, and expand HP's Managed Print Services footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth of HP's Managed Print Services business within a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute account growth plans aligned to customer business priorities.
• Identify, qualify, and close new MPS opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Lead renewal, retention, and contract expansion initiatives.
• Build executive-level relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Position MPS as a strategic business solution that improves productivity, security, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HP Account Managers, Solution Architects, Services teams, and selected partners to develop integrated customer solutions.
• Manage business pipeline, forecasting activities, and account planning.
• Act as the Managed Print Services subject matter expert within assigned accounts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, managed services, workplace solutions, IT services, or Managed Print Services.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong customer-facing and consultative selling skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
