For our client, an internationally operating company within a highly regulated environment, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Information Governance & Archiving Consultant.

The assignment focuses on enterprise-wide information lifecycle management, governance frameworks, archiving strategy, retention concepts, and legacy system retirement across a complex international IT landscape.

Your Mission

• Define enterprise information lifecycle and archiving governance frameworks

• Support application retirement and legacy system decommissioning initiatives

• Develop scalable retention, compliance, and information governance concepts

• Provide pragmatic consulting guidance for enterprise information management initiatives

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, compliance, and business teams

Your Talent

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise archiving, information governance, or lifecycle management

• Strong background in application retirement and legacy system decommissioning

• Experience within regulated or compliance-driven environments

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as SAP ILM, OpenText, Solix, or comparable platforms

• Strong understanding of retention, records management, audit, and compliance requirements
