This is a senior role. You own enterprise rollout programmes from signed contract to go-live — multi-country, multi-brand, often across hundreds of locations. You make a powerful food management platform work in complex real-world environments: POS and ERP integrations, procurement flows, and multi-location operations. Concretely, here's what you'll own:
Lead end-to-end enterprise implementation programmes, from kickoff to go-live
Run steering committees and manage C-level stakeholders on the customer side
Own scope, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes
Set up and validate integrations (POS, ERP, suppliers)
Drive organisational change across multi-location, multi-country operations
Own go-live validation and formal customer sign-off
5+ years leading implementation or transformation projects, ideally at a consultancy, system integrator, or enterprise software vendor
Proven experience with enterprise clients: steering committees, executive stakeholders, formal project governance
Experience with integrations in complex landscapes (POS, ERP, APIs)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity
A structured, ownership-driven way of working
Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus
PRINCE2, PMP, or similar certification is a plus
