Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking an Enterprise Hosting Service Administrator - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and sustain enterprise hosting environments, including virtualization platforms and server infrastructure.
  • Configure and optimize host clusters, virtual machines, and storage allocations to ensure service availability.
  • Implement and maintain backup solutions and monitoring tools for secure operations.
  • Apply patches and updates, ensuring compliance with approved configuration baselines.
  • Support change management activities and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Collaborate with network, identity, cybersecurity, and application teams to maintain compliance.
  • Ensure hosting services align with DoD and ARNG requirements for stability and reliability.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT
  • Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in enterprise hosting and virtualization environments within DoD or Federal settings
  • Proven experience in configuring and managing virtualization platforms and server infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance or capacity issues in mission-critical environments
  • Experience in coordinating with support teams to maintain compliant hosting services
