YOUR MISSION:

Join us in reimagining customer experience with Agentic AI. As an Enterprise Engagement Manager (f/m/d) at Parloa, you are a core driver of customer success, value realization and satisfaction of our enterprise customers. You will manage a portfolio of customers, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and ongoing value realization with a consultative and customer-first approach.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships and credibility across key stakeholders—represent Parloa as a reliable and value-driving partner.
  • Drive customer outcomes—build success plans, track KPIs, monitor progress, and translate results into business insights.
  • Oversee implementations—manage cross-functional teams and timelines to ensure smooth, on-time go-lives.
  • Proactively manage renewals and identify growth opportunities across accounts, including new use cases and departments.
  • Make value visible through strong communication and translating outcomes into impactful messages.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or similar role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, growth mindset and eagerness to learn—comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure smooth execution and follow-through.
  • A genuine interest in AI, automation, and customer experience innovation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
