We are seeking a seasoned and highly effective Enterprise

enterprise data transformation program. This role goes far beyond traditional
project management and requires an individual who can take ownership of
complex, ambiguous challenges, drive alignment across stakeholders with

engagement, issue resolution, decision management, and program execution across
multiple business and technology teams.

This
role requires a hands-on leader who can establish clarity where ambiguity
exists, identify and drive resolution of critical open questions, and build
alignment among stakeholders with differing perspectives and priorities. You
will partner closely with business leaders, data governance teams, product
owners, architects, and program leadership to ensure successful execution and
adoption of enterprise data standards.

environments where requirements, ownership, and desired outcomes are not always
    clearly defined

  • Experience developing and managing decision
logs, issue logs, dependency tracking, and governance forums

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and
communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into
    actionable next steps
