Te Tūranga | About the role
As our Enterprise Data Manager, you’ll lead the development and implementation of data governance strategies, frameworks, policies and procedures that support the integrity, security and effective use of data across Tauranga City Council. This is a key leadership role within Digital Services, working across the organisation to strengthen data standards, improve data quality and help build a more data-driven culture.

Ngā Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong senior-level experience in data governance, data management and/or data quality management, with a proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-level data strategies in complex environments.
You’ll also bring:
Experience driving cultural change, supporting a data-driven culture, working with data architecture or modelling principles, or operating in large ERP environments such as SAP would be an advantage.
