YOUR ROLE

As an Enterprise Data & Analytics Associate Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will support Enterprise Data & Analytics initiatives by contributing to data analysis, data quality, insight generation and project deliverables. You will work closely with consultants, data engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to enable data-driven transformation programs.

In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:

• Perform descriptive and exploratory data analysis, including data profiling and quality checks;
• Support the development of dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau;
• Prepare, validate and document datasets, contributing to KPI and metrics definition;
• Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management, data cataloguing and lineage;
• Contribute to project delivery through analyses, client workshops and preparation of project materials.

YOUR PROFILE

• Business & methods: Structured analytical skills, ability to synthesize insights and support data-driven decision making;
• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis techniques, BI tools and Excel; understanding of data governance and data management principles;
• Capgemini DNA: Collaborative mindset, curiosity, attention to detail and willingness to learn in multidisciplinary environments;
• Personal skills: Clear communication, proactive attitude and ability to work with large and complex datasets.

Note Education and background: Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent. Previous experience (including internships) in data analysis, BI, data management or consulting is considered a plus. Basic knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
