Enterprise Cutover Manager – Oracle Retail
Location: Hybrid - Bangalore ~ Pune – Hyderabad, India Cape Town, South Africa
Experience: 15 + years
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Must Have
- Lead end‑to‑end cutover planning and execution for large Oracle Retail / Oracle Retail MFCS / Oracle Retail Cloud Implementation programs, ensuring seamless transition across Merchandising, POS (Xstore), Integrations, and Finance.
- Own the enterprise cutover strategy including mock runs, data migration coordination, freeze planning, rollback strategies, and hypercare readiness.
- Act as the single point of accountability during go‑live, running war rooms, managing dependencies, and enabling rapid executive decision‑making.
- Bring strong retail domain knowledge with hands‑on understanding of merchandising, inventory, pricing, POS, and financial close cycles.
- Demonstrate delivery leadership with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and ensure business continuity during critical transitions.
Good to Have
- Prior experience with Oracle Retail Cloud, SAP IS‑Retail, or MS Dynamics in large retail transformation programs.
- Proven ability to apply automation, AI, or analytics to cutover readiness, risk management, or post‑go‑live stabilization.
- Experience working across global delivery models with exposure to African, European, or Middle‑East retail programs.
Practice Growth
- Contribute to practice growth by influencing revenue through advisory‑led discussions, proposals, and trusted‑advisor positioning with clients.
- Drive thought leadership and domain‑led innovation by defining best practices, accelerators, and AI‑enabled cutover frameworks.
- Nurture capability within the practice by mentoring consultants, building cutover playbooks, and strengthening Oracle Retail COE maturity.
- Bachelors in Technology – preferred
- Masters in Business Administration – good to have
