Manage and lead the enterprise delivery function from planning till completion for Enterprise Customer solutions (standard, non-standard) covering Fixed/Mobile and Managed Services.
Monitor and oversee all stages of the project/program cycle for Enterprise Customers within agreed time, quality, and budget plan. Ensure the team is aligned to quality acceptance by customers for all deliverables up to and including ‘first bill check’. Guide and drive the team towards efficiently conducting status updates/reviews with all stakeholders.
Manage customer escalations/critical tasks and ensure delivery as per the requirements. Timely review of all ongoing deliveries and ensures identification and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies for each project and ensure delivery.
Manage PM workload and distribute among team members. Lead, support, guide project management team for delivery of related process to ensure timely deliveries. Work with the sales leadership team to understand business criticality and prioritization thus ensuring revenue maximisation.
Ensure correctness, completeness, and quality of all project documentation across the portfolio is maintained. Achieve 100% performance on all project milestones and KPI’s (Time, Quality and Budget) across the portfolio
Perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies.
Contribute towards building a world class delivery function. Be a key stakeholder in all the key enterprise sales, pre-sales, delivery processes and support internal teams in budget preparation and new hiring in Project Management function.
Liaise with the Enterprise teams in EBU as part of a matrix management structure, ensuring the Enterprise objectives are aligned and delivered through the delivery of successful customer projects in a timely manner.
Lead and oversee key enterprise customer projects in Qatar and Middle East, delivering the Enterprise products and services to target customers within an agreed time.
Monitor the implementation process and ensure periodic reviews with stakeholders to ensure improvements can implemented through cross-functional engagements. Be part of the revenue planning team in terms of providing revenue forecast, landscaping to ensure revenue run rate is maintained.
Brief Vodafone Senior Leadership Team members on updates on the key Enterprise Programs and Deliveries, ensuring that the risks and issues are aware of decisions taken.
Act as role model in Sales, Project Management and Service management, and leadership. Demonstrate best practice in analytical decision-making and communication of recommendations.
Challenge current Vodafone practices, where this is in the best interests of the Group work with passion and conviction. Support and groom the team on stakeholder management be it internal or external, best practices to make them effective in their day-to-day work.
Transform the effectiveness and efficiency of Vodafone’s Enterprise delivery model, through
organizational innovations such as outsourcing key work packages to SME’s, innovative works methods
Be a key stakeholder in enterprise partnerships. Work with Enterprise Marketing/Products/Pre-Sales teams to bring Vodafone Groups delivery best practices to Vodafone Qatar.
Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/ telecommunication/ Electricals or equivalent
Minimum 15 years of relevant project management experience in IT/telecommunications and in Enterprise Markets & Customers, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
Knowledge of Project Management tools and industry best practices.
Team player, strong influence and relationship management skills, customer-centric.
