In this role, you'll:


be working as part of the Enterprise Transformation and Change Division, within the Enterprise Change Management Branch, driving practice change for the Transport cluster.



You will be acting as the front door of change for enhancing enterprise wide change capability by building change maturity models, delivering expert advisory services, driving capability mapping and learning initiatives and embedding best practice approaches across the organisation. You’ll lead the development and management of the Centre of Excellence, the Change Resource Hub, and foster a Community of Practice to enable collaboration and knowledge sharing. In addition, you’ll provide coaching and support to uplift change capability and ensure successful change delivery.

This position is a permanent position. The team office days are Mondays and Thursdays and the team also comes together in person for activities such as branch all-in days, training sessions, planning workshops and collaborative work. As stakeholder engagement is a core responsibility, this work will be undertaken in person to build strong relationships and establish trust.

This role operates within the team’s established delivery rhythm and contributes to collaborative outcomes across the branch, division and Enterprise.


About you


You’ll have extensive experience in change management and organsational development, including designing and delivering capability frameworks, learning programs, and engagement activities. You bring expertise in developing and operating a Centre of Excellence and Community of Practice, along with strong coaching and facilitation skills to lead workshops, training and team building sessions.

Your ability to influence at all levels and provide impactful coaching will be key to uplifting change capability across the enterprise.

Tertiary qualifications in change management, organisational psychology, organisational development, business, human resources or a related discipline is essential.

A professional change management certification (e.g. Prosci®, Change Management Institute Accreditation, or equivalent) is highly regarded. Couple with advance Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint).
