You'll lead end-to-end change delivery for major People & Workforce Programs, applying best practice methodologies to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.

You'll partner with stakeholders and clients to shape change strategies, manage resources and deliver impactful communication and engagement plans.

You will support the development of our Change Centre of Excellence and Resource Hub, whilst coaching and mentoring team members and stakeholders across the organisation to strengthen change capability and drive continuous improvement.

If you’re passionate about enabling change and achieving meaningful outcomes, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.
