The Enterprise Business Enablement Director is responsible for aligning business priorities with enterprise technology delivery across critical business domains. This role serves as the primary accountability point between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring that demand for IT solutions within the internal business systems is shaped, prioritized, architected, staffed, and delivered in a way that accelerates value realization and supports enterprise goals.

The role leads the Business enablement model across key business capabilities including Sales / Marketing, Web / Commerce, CPQ, IT Operations critical applications, and Service Delivery, grounded around Microsoft D365 and other bolt-on applications (ex: CPQ) Architecture. It ensures that business demand is translated into scalable, standard-based technology solutions delivered efficiently through integrated global teams.

This Director plays a critical role in the ongoing merger integration, driving the unification of business capabilities onto a simplified and scalable enterprise platform. A key focus of this role is advancing the Microsoft D365 strategy as the core CRM foundation, ensuring alignment between legacy environments while enabling a seamless transition to a single, unified model that supports future growth.

The role drives a modern delivery model anchored in SAFe Agile practices, leveraging a balanced ecosystem of in-house development and strategic partners. It is accountable for building and scaling high performing global regional teams that enable follow the sun delivery, increase velocity, and strengthen ownership of critical capabilities within the enterprise.
This Director will actively identify and enable AI driven opportunities to accelerate delivery, improve decision making, and enhance business outcomes across the portfolio, embedding AI as a core lever within the delivery and transformation model.

The mission of this role is to drive disciplined, high velocity technology delivery that is tightly aligned to business outcomes, while strengthening internal engineering capability, enabling successful platform unification, and supporting long term enterprise resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders to align on priorities and objectives.
  • Shape business demand into value-driven technology initiatives.
Demand Management & Prioritization
  • Lead intake from ideation through business case and resourcing.
  • Evaluate and prioritize demand based on value, complexity, and readiness.
  • Align IT and business leaders on priorities.
Requirements & Solution Alignment
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Ensure alignment across scope, outcomes, and dependencies.
  • Validate solutions against architecture, security, and scalability standards.
Delivery Leadership
  • Oversee global development and testing teams.
  • Ensure coordination across build, release, and deployment.
  • Drive quality, timelines, and issue resolution.
Agile Execution & Governance
  • Apply SAFe Agile practices for predictable delivery.
  • Manage backlogs, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
  • Strengthen governance, transparency, and execution discipline.
Value Delivery & Continuous Improvement
  • Accelerate time-to-value across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Standardize processes and improve business engagement.
  • Use data and KPIs to optimize performance and decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery or transformation.
  • Experience aligning business strategy with IT execution in complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, CPQ, commerce, and service platforms (D365 preferred).
  • Experience with demand management and portfolio prioritization.
  • Proven ability to lead global and offshore teams.
  • Experience in Agile or SAFe environments preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
