As an Enterprise BDR at Activated Insights, you’ll focus on fewer, higher-value enterprise accounts where quality, strategy, and impact matter.
You’ll work closely with Enterprise Account Executives and sales leadership, with shared ownership of pipeline health and revenue outcomes. Success is measured by meaningful metrics like opportunity quality, conversion rates, and pipeline progression—not just activity volume.

Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise pipeline creation through outbound, multi-channel prospecting
Partner with the BDR Manager and Enterprise Account Executives to qualify and progress opportunities
Communicate the Activated Insights value proposition to multiple stakeholder levels, including executives
Build and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and Outreach
Meet or exceed quota by delivering high-quality, well-qualified sales opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine outreach, qualification, and prospecting processes
Ensure timely, professional follow-up with all interested prospects
Experience and
Qualifications
Experience with complex or enterprise-level sales cycles preferred
Strong understanding of account-based selling and consultative prospecting
Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and executives
Strong communication skills across phone, video, and written channels
Organized, data-driven, and coachable with a collaborative mindset
Interest in growing into an Account Executive role
Location:
Ability to work on-site in Rexburg, ID or Tampa, FL
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Multiple video meetings each day where web camera use is required.
Schedule:
Full time, 40 hours each week
Monday through Friday, core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM locally with occasional flexibility for collaboration across time zones or to meet critical deadlines.
