Your journey with us


  • Help our clients in aligning their IT digital landscape with their business strategy & goals.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, by providing insights on enterprise architecture best practices , conducting assessments of the existing IT environments and recommending improvements.
  • Assess the digital landscape and provide strategic advice on how to optimise the ability to deliver value to business, transform legacy systems, reducing technical debt, eliminate capability overlap, onboard upcoming technologies and foster innovation.
  • Support clients with technology selection, design, and adoption, capturing business requirements, defining blueprints and guiding tendering procedures.
  • Design, implement, and govern enterprise architecture frameworks, principles and guidelines to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of IT systems.
  • Develop and implement architecture governance frameworks to ensure compliance and alignment with IT and business objectives, industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address architectural challenges and opportunities.
  • Support the practice in further growing the enterprise architecture capabilities and connect with other practices to promote multidisciplinary solutions to clients.

Let’s Talk About You

  • Experience in enterprise/domain architecture, including the design, implementation, and governance of IT systems.
  • Proven track record of around 3 years in similar consulting position or IT architecture function.
  • Experience with cloud computing and/or data management is a plus.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with IT management and CxO-level positions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework, ArchiMate), related certifications, and proficiency in architectural modelling tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management & Governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT) is recommended.
  • Demonstrated experience in Consumer, Energy & Resources, Financial Services, or Life Sciences industry is an asset.
  • Master’s degree in ICT or equivalent experience.
  • Team player with strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and an eye for quality.
  • Good analytical skills, pragmatic in your solutioning skills, flexible and pro-active.
  • Open to work in an international environment and abroad if needed.
  • Fluent in English; and French or Dutch.
