
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the technology and architecture assessment of a Treasury platform supporting a structured funding business. The role will focus on evaluating the current CP Sentry ecosystem, defining a target modular architecture, and guiding decisions across enhancement, build, and potential vendor integration paths.
Assess current architecture of: CP Sentry (.NET + SQL Server-based system), Integration landscape (TriOptima, Bloomberg, BNY Nexen, Workday, OneStream)
Identify architectural gaps in scalability, lifecycle processing, integration patterns, data flow and control mechanisms
Define a future-state architecture aligned to sentry-centric model (retain core system), modular service-based extensions for complex products
Design API-first and event-driven integration patterns, modular product services (Repo, TRS, Loans), lifecycle processing architecture, funding traceability architecture
Recommend approach for extending Sentry vs external modular build, integration patterns (API, event, batch), data flow into enterprise data lake
Define canonical data model approach, system boundaries and ownership, Integration & Platform Design
Architect integrations with TriOptima (margin processing), BNY Nexen (settlements), Bloomberg (market data / execution inputs), Workday / OneStream (accounting)
Ensure compatibility with existing cloud data lake
Provide technical inputs into Build vs Buy vs Extend decisions
Support vendor evaluation on technical fit, integration complexity, coexistence approach
12+ years in enterprise architecture
Strong experience with .NET / SQL Server ecosystems, API-based integration (REST), event-driven architecture (Kafka / messaging)
Experience designing modular or microservices-based architectures, large-scale system integrations
Strong understanding of Capital Markets / Treasury systems
Familiarity with Repo, TRS, Securities Lending, Loans, trade lifecycle and valuation workflows
collateral and margin processing
Experience working with legacy modernization programs
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to translate business workflows into technical architecture
