About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect (TOGAF-certified) to support a large-scale enterprise architecture refresh project for one of our key clients. The role will focus on defining end-to-end enterprise architecture, shaping solution design across technology domains, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and digital platforms. The architect will drive roadmap development, governance, and structured implementation planning across application, data & AI, and technology layers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Architecture & Roadmap:

• Define enterprise architecture across application, technology, data & AI, and network domains

• Assess current-state capabilities and develop a structured roadmap of initiatives across architecture layers

• Align architecture priorities with business and transformation objectives

1. Solution Architecture Design:

• Develop solution architectures for key platforms, including data platforms, data architecture and governance, AI architecture and governance and AI-enabled solutions

• Define implementation layers (business, data, application, technology)

• Ensure integration across IT and OT systems where applicable

1. Governance & Standards:

• Support establishment of architecture governance structures and review processes

• Define principles, standards, and guardrails across architecture domains

• Ensure consistency and alignment across initiatives

1. Documentation & Tools:

• Lead structured documentation of architectures using enterprise architecture tools (e.g., ArchiMate or similar)

• Tools and technology assessment

• Maintain architecture repositories, solution diagrams, and technical documentation

• Support use of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural designs

• Support workshops, alignment sessions, and solution validation

• Provide guidance on prioritization and sequencing of initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• TOGAF Certification (mandatory)

• Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in enterprise architecture across application, data, and technology domains

• Proven experience in data and AI solution architecture

• Experience in solution architecture design across IT/OT environments

• Hands-on experience with architecture modelling tools (e.g., ArchiMate or equivalent)

• Experience in initiative planning, roadmap development, and large-scale transformation programs

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture

• Experience working across multiple architecture layers (application, data, technology)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced transformation environments
