The Enterprise Architect, Supply Chain & Corporate, oversees the architecture strategy across Supply Chain and Corporate business capabilities. This role leverages deep business, technical, and financial acumen as a trusted partner for IT and business teams to align the technology strategy and roadmap to business imperative, simplify the target state, and modernize core platforms.
This leader serves as a "trusted advisor" for IT and business leaders to:
• Drive the technology vision, articulate the target architecture, and oversee its governance
• Advise executives on capability priorities, investment sequencing and emerging technology
• Challenge the status quo while being realistic about the "art of the possible"
• Drive a technology estate balancing business imperatives, simplification, and cost
• Facilitate design thinking sessions to drive decisions and actions on strategic architecture
• Serve as an escalation point for complex issues

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Responsibilities:
Target Architecture landscape planning and transition state sequencing
• Develop the end-to-end capability strategy, reference architectures, and governance
• Drive and integrate the architecture roadmap with investment and portfolio planning
• Develop architecture proposals for emerging technology & innovation value cases
• Provide senior leadership unbiased recommendations best aligned with PVH strategies
• Collaborate with strategic domain owners on quarterly landscape planning
Project Portfolio enablement and governance through agile architecture
• Shape project intake to align with IT strategy, target state, and cost optimization
• Represent architecture segment on the Architecture Review Board
• Train project teams on architecture development methodology and community
• Develop and assign applicable reference architectures to guide detailed design
• Review and advise projects on business and solution architecture deliverables
• On the most complex initiatives, establish and lead program solution architects
Develop unbiased EA Point of Views on capability issues and emerging technologies
• Provide the end-to-end view on how all processes and technologies should be
• Develop scenario plans, quantify trade-offs, and recommend initiatives
• Identify opportunities to standardize the technology landscape for improved efficiency
• Research emerging technologies and pressure test innovation value cases
• Conduct POC feasibility analysis, vendor assessments with stakeholders and 3rd parties
• Guide the evaluation and selection process of vendors and technologies
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
•8-15 years of related technology experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, HR in Fashion Retail or related industry, consulting experience a plus
•8+ years of architecture and delivery of complex global initiatives
•Track record driving cost optimization, scalability, and innovation in business services
•Delivery transformation initiatives in global, multi-brand, multi-channel organizations
Education:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
Computer Science, Information Technology or STEM
Skills
•Enterprise, business, and solution architecture
•Business process design, API integration
•Rationalization, cost optimization, and modernization techniques
•Supply Chain, Planning, ERP solutions (e.g. Blue Yonder, o9, PLM, WMS, SAP S/4)

Pay Range:$147,500---$199,200PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
