  • Translate enterprise and IT strategy into capability‑based roadmaps, identifying maturity gaps, dependencies, and sequencing required to move from current to target state
  • Own architecture outcomes across a portfolio of foundational platforms, ensuring alignment from strategy through implementation and operations

Data Platform & Analytics Scope

  • Define and govern enterprise data platform and lakehouse architecture, including ingestion, transformation, storage, serving, consumption, and data product patterns across batch, streaming, operational, analytical, and AI-driven use cases.
  • Architect end-to-end data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, quality controls, metadata capture, lineage, serving layers, and reusable data movement patterns.
  • Design analytics and data consumption architecture, including BI, semantic layers, data access patterns, reusable datasets, domain-oriented data products, and self-service analytics enablement.
  • Architect AI/ML data readiness patterns, including feature stores, training datasets, model data pipelines, governed data access, and reusable platform capabilities for AI and advanced analytics.
  • Define data platform performance, scalability, security, governance, and cost optimization patterns across storage formats, compute patterns, access controls, workload management, and consumption layers.

Delivery Enablement & Governance

  • Engage early in planning and solution shaping, helping teams align on architecture direction, integration patterns, and non‑functional requirements before major commitments are made
  • Enable delivery teams through reusable architecture patterns, standards, reference architectures, and decision frameworks
