Job Description


As an Enterprise Architect, you will:

  • Lead greenfield transformations and implementations, owning the entire solution lifecycle across multiple systems from development to production using DevOps practices.

  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, architecture principles, and clean code practices across the development team.

  • Guide and support team members in realizing desired results while fostering a culture of critical thinking and collaboration.

  • Contribute to software architecture and technical design, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including technical designs, BPML diagrams, and solution architecture specifications.

  • Focus on optimizing operational costs and driving high-quality delivery within Agile startup methodologies.

  • Oversee the end-to-end integration of internal, external, and third-party systems.

  • Motivate teams to deliver beyond expectations while balancing decision-making processes collaboratively.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in solution design and architecture, with over 10 years overall experience in building and delivering software solutions.

  • Proven expertise in asset management and/or field service management solutions.

  • Experience in managing overarching solution designs and end-to-end system integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and startup environments.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably IFS and/or Maximo.

  • Knowledge of electricity transmission and distribution is an added advantage.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

  • Ability to ensure technical standards compliance, cost efficiency, and team motivation.

You should possess the ability to:

  • Lead complex, multi-system transformation projects from concept to production.

  • Define and enforce architecture standards, clean code practices, and best practices.

  • Drive technical decisions while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable, maintainable solutions.

  • Produce comprehensive architecture documentation and BPML designs.
