Job Description


As an Enterprise Architect, you will:

  • Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-level integration architecture using Dell Boomi and API management platforms.

  • Define and implement scalable integration architecture strategies aligned with enterprise technology roadmaps.

  • Architect and oversee complex API ecosystems, preferably using Azure API Management (APIM).

  • Establish and enforce integration design patterns, ensuring consistency, scalability, and performance across systems.

  • Provide technical leadership to developers, designers, technical leads, and architects across multiple integration initiatives.

  • Oversee enterprise integration using technologies such as Kafka for event-driven architectures.

  • Drive architectural decisions for enterprise applications and integration platforms.

  • Review and approve integration designs as part of Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes.

  • Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient integration solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.

  • Act as the escalation point for resolving complex integration architecture challenges.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise integration, architecture design, and distributed systems.

  • Proven expertise in Dell Boomi integration platform, including development, architecture, and solution design.

  • Strong experience in API management platforms, with preference for Azure API Management (APIM).

  • Hands-on experience with Boomi administration, platform management, and deployment governance.

  • Deep knowledge of integration architecture patterns such as messaging, event-driven integration, and microservices-based integrations.

  • Experience working with Apache Kafka or other streaming platforms for real-time data integration.

  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

  • Ability to align technology architecture with business goals and enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Experience designing scalable integration frameworks in large enterprise environments.

  • Strong understanding of cloud integration strategies and hybrid architectures.

You should possess the ability to:

  • Translate business processes such as Lead-to-Cash and Hire-to-Retire into scalable technical architecture solutions.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Influence leadership by presenting the ROI and strategic value of technology investments.

  • Lead and manage technical discussions during production incidents or crisis situations.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex architectural and integration challenges across enterprise systems.

  • Provide architectural guidance and mentoring to developers, leads, and solution architects.

  • Evaluate and select integration tools, technologies, and frameworks suitable for enterprise environments.

  • Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment between business, product, and technology teams.

  • Establish governance frameworks and architecture standards across integration initiatives.

  • Lead enterprise-level architecture discussions, design reviews, and decision-making forums.
