To support our growth targets and expansion into new dental care solutions, we are looking for an experienced and talented individual to join our Enterprise Architecture team.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the future trajectory of 3Shape by

• Leading the development and execution of our data estate strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals, technology infrastructure, and business objectives. Regularly collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the vision, progress, and challenges of the data journey

• Collaborate with our Data Management Office to define and implement governance models for the business to interact with opur data estate.

• Evolve and maintain enterprise-wide analytical data solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing applications, databases, and systems. Prioritize security and compliance measures, especially given the sensitive nature of patient data

• Define and establish an enterprise-wide operational data platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing applications, databases, and systems. Prioritize security and compliance measures, especially given the sensitive nature of patient data

• Researching and evaluating potential service providers, platforms, and tools, ensuring they meet the specific needs of 3Shape. Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, and manage SLAs to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-efficiency in collaboration with our cloudops team

• Monitoring the latest trends in data management and life-sciences technology, adopting best practices and innovative solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, thus ensuring our infrastructure remains agile, secure, and adaptable to evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an enterprise architect, preferably from a global organization.

• A proven history of conceiving and deploying large-scale data management solutions within an enterprise context, including knowledge of architectural tenets, schematics, and frameworks

• Stellar communication aptitudes – encompassing both written and oral domains. An important part of the work is stakeholder management
