Enterprise Architect (Banking Sector)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

About the Role

We are seeking a
highly experienced Enterprise Architect / Chief Architect to lead the
architecture and technology strategy within the banking domain. The role
requires a deep understanding of banking systems, enterprise solutions, and
digital transformation initiatives, with the ability to align technology with
business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement
  enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps for core
  banking and digital platforms
• Lead architecture design for
  large-scale banking transformations (core banking, payments, lending,
  digital channels)
• Partner with senior
  stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to translate business needs
  into technical solutions
• Evaluate new technologies,
  vendors, and solutions to ensure scalability, security, and compliance
  with banking regulations
• Guide and mentor architecture
  teams, providing governance and oversight across multiple projects
• Ensure integration of systems
  across banking, regulatory, and third-party platforms

Qualifications

• Thai national with a minimum
  of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or IT
  strategy within the banking industry
• Proven track record of
  leading architecture design for large-scale banking initiatives (core
  banking transformation, digital banking, payment systems, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of
  enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
• Deep understanding of
  regulatory and compliance requirements in Thailands banking sector
• Excellent communication and
  leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and
  stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving
  mindset and ability to drive innovation in complex environments
