Enterprise Architect

Purpose of the Role

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development, governance, and execution of enterprise architecture across Allianz PNB Life. Your role will ensure that architecture decisions are aligned with the organization’s strategy, goals, and aspirations, and supports the definition of the target application landscape and technology roadmap within the Operating Entity (OE).

As an Enterprise Architect, you will drive IT architecture governance with a deep understanding of business needs and requirements, leads the Architecture Review Board (ARB), and actively participates in regional enterprise architecture boards and communities. Your role will also provide oversight across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains to enable scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Strategic Alignment of Enterprise Architecture to Organizational Goals.
• Ensure architecture supports business strategy, transformation goals, and long-term value realization.
• Architecture Governance and Compliance with Group IT Strategy
• Lead architecture governance processes and ensure compliance with Allianz Group standards and frameworks.
• Solution and Infrastructure Architecture Oversight
• Provide technical leadership in designing scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across domains.
• Regional Architecture Engagement and Capability Enablement
• Represent the OE in regional architecture boards and drive capability maturity and innovation.

Requirements for the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Certification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF) preferred
• 5+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, or IT strategy
• Experience in aligning architecture with business strategy and transformation programs
• Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, SAFe)
• Architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA)
• Cloud, integration, data, and security architecture
• IT governance, risk, and compliance
• Agile and DevOps environments
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience on researching and understanding new and emerging technology that can be used by Insurance
• Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
