Your Team
The Enterprise Architecture & Delivery is part of CFS’s Technology, Transformation and Operations (TTO) business unit which is accountable for Technology and Operations. The Enterprise Architect reports to the Principal Enterprise Architect and operates as an embedded partner across business and technology teams, providing architecture consulting, solution design, and strategic technology advice.
Your Responsibilities
Define and continuously evolve enterprise architecture strategies, target‑state models and reference architectures that are aligned to CFS’s strategic objectives and support sustainable business outcomes.
Develop high‑quality enterprise architecture artefacts, including technology roadmaps, architecture principles, capability models, integration patterns and options assessments, to inform sound decision‑making.
Provide architectural guidance and oversight to Solution Architects, supporting consistent, fit‑for‑purpose solution design aligned with enterprise standards and principles.
Engage with business stakeholders to consult, advise and clarify technology options, acting as a trusted point of contact for technology‑related needs and initiatives.
Design conceptual technology solutions that respond to business challenges, including clear options analysis and practical recommendations.
Collaborate closely with domain architects, data teams and security partners to ensure solutions are integrated, secure and aligned across the wider technology landscape.
Your Capability and Experience
Significant experience in enterprise architecture, ideally within financial services or similarly complex environments, with the capability to shape and influence technology direction at an organisational level.
Demonstrated experience defining enterprise strategies, target states, reference architectures and technology roadmaps in complex business contexts.
Ability to work effectively across strategic and tactical activities, balancing long‑term architecture direction with immediate delivery needs and clearly articulating trade‑offs.
Broad hands‑on experience across a range of technology domains, including digital platforms, cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS), integration, security, core business platforms and infrastructure.
Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work confidently with both technical and non‑technical audiences at all levels of the organisation.
