We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Applications - SAP Sales Leader to join our team in Germany. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing large and complex deals, and cultivating enduring client relationships within the IT services and consulting sector. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our enterprise applications business unit by securing multimillion-dollar contracts and supporting our commitment to digital transformation for clients across industries.

As the Enterprise Apps Sales Leader, you will lead end-to-end SAP Sales and Transformaiton processes from prospect identification to deal closure, including crafting tailored proposals and managing negotiations. Your role demands a deep understanding of cloud computing, application development, security solutions, and business process outsourcing, allowing you to position Wipro as a trusted partner in the digital journey of our global clientele.

This position requires collaboration across cross-functional teams to architect innovative sales solutions and to contribute to transformational growth strategies. The successful candidate will bring outstanding leadership and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to managing complex business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive sales cycles for enterprise applications solutions, including pipeline generation, qualification, engagement, proposal development, and deal closure.
• Manage multimillion-dollar deals with a focus on large, global, and complex clients within the technology services domain.
• Develop strategic sales plans aligned with client needs and market trends, leveraging in-depth knowledge of IT services and consulting.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to influence decision-making and foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure sales proposals are aligned with business capabilities and client expectations.
• Drive negotiation processes effectively to secure favorable contractual terms while managing risk and compliance requirements.
• Utilize design thinking and financial modeling to shape deals innovatively and competitively.
• Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to maintain a strategic edge.
• Champion internal communication and leadership initiatives, promoting team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is essential; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience driving end-to-end sales in IT services and consulting, particularly within enterprise applications or related technology domains.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex sales opportunities, including proposal management and successful deal closures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, coupled with a collaborative team-building approach.
• Demonstrated negotiation proficiency and expertise in sales enablement, pipeline management, competitive positioning, and contract drafting.
• Good technical knowledge spanning cloud computing, security, application development, and business process outsourcing.
• Experience working in dynamic professional services environments with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and strategic deal shaping to support business growth objectives.
