Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • SAP Certified in FICO; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • 1215 years experience across key SAP solution areas with strong cross-functional process knowledge (P2P, O2C, Corporate Finance, Manufacturing Costing, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Banking Interfaces, Treasury).

Core Skills

  • Deep SAP S/4HANA integration concepts; master data governance; data quality; strong analytical/problem-solving; excellent communication; ability to work independently and in teams; user training & support.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Timely, on-budget delivery of releases and projects (incl. migrations/upgrades).
  • Improved financial process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and user adoption.
  • Compliance posture (IFRS, audit findings) and system performance/availability.
  • Cost optimization outcomes driven through process and system improvements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP Joule, SAC planning/analytics, and automation/AI use cases in Finance
