Job Title: Enterprise Applications Developer
Reports To: Sr. Technical Product Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a developer who can support and enhance our ERP ecosystem and internal applications within a manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on software development with real-world business problem solving.
You’ll work directly with internal business and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and build tools that support daily operations. This position requires someone who can work independently, understand business processes, and take ownership of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, support, and maintain internal applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Blazor
- Work with SQL Server to write, optimize, and troubleshoot queries, stored procedures, and data structures
- Support and extend our ERP system (currently Epicor):
- - Troubleshoot user issues and data problems
- - Build reports, queries, and customizations
- Develop integrations between ERP and other systems using APIs
- Partner with internal teams (operations, production, finance) to:
- - Understand problems
- - Identify root causes
- - Deliver practical solutions
- Assist in improving system performance, reliability, and usability
- Support production systems and respond to issues as they arise

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of software development experience
- Strong experience with:
- - C#
- - ASP.NET (Core preferred)
- - Microsoft SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system (manufacturing strongly preferred)
- Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries in a business environment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve real-world application and data issues
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks without constant direction
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments and all levels of the organization

Qualifications
- Experience with Epicor ERP
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to REST APIs and system integrations
- Experience with Blazor (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Familiarity with business processes such as:
- - Inventory management
- - Production scheduling
- - Order processing
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
- Exposure to integrating AI capabilities via APIs (e.g., text processing, summarization, copilots)
- Ability to evaluate where AI can provide real business value (not just experimentation)
