Job Description

At Sephora, beauty is about feeling seen, valued, and empowered, individually and collectively. It is connecting deeply with others, celebrating diversity and inclusivity, unlocking your potential and making a difference every day. Together, we belong to something beautiful. Since its inception in 1969 in Limoges, France, and as part of the LVMH Group since 1997, Sephora has been disrupting the prestige beauty retail industry. Today, Sephora continues to break with convention to drive its mission: champion a world of inspiration and inclusion where everyone can celebrate their beauty. With 56,000 employees in 35 countries, we connect customers and beauty brands within the world’s most passionate beauty community. With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.

Position Purpose:

The Enterprise Applications Analyst is a hands-on delivery role combining SAP SD functional expertise with project and programme management. Responsible for delivering enterprise application initiatives across Sephora Middle East, while analysing SAP processes, investigating issues, and assessing new business requirements. The position will implement SAP SD in a retail environment and act as a bridge between business stakeholders, SAP/technology teams, global teams, and implementation partners. The role will manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain processes, assess cross-functional impacts across SAP and connected applications, challenge solution approaches where appropriate, and manage delivery through testing, deployment, hypercare, and operational handover.

You will excel and enjoy this role if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS PROJECT & PROGRAMME DELIVERY

  • Manage enterprise application projects and programmes from requirements and solution assessment through planning, building, SIT/UAT, deployment, Go/No-Go, hypercare and operational handover.
  • Own project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and governance, coordinating regional business teams, global technology teams, SAP delivery teams and system integrators across a matrix environment.
  • Apply structured delivery practices such as PMP/PRINCE2, Agile and SAP Activate where appropriate, ensuring predictable execution, clear decisions and effective change and release management.

HANDS-ON SAP SD & RETAIL PROCESS ANALYSIS

  • Analyze issues and processes across sales orders, pricing, delivery, goods issue, billing, returns and credits, and the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, applying hands-on SAP SD expertise.
  • Manage Supply Chain and Logistics activities, including SAP configuration and troubleshooting, delivery documents (VL01N), stock checks, and post-goods-issue (PGI) processes.
  • Assess business requirements through fit-gap and impact analysis, identify dependencies across SAP SD, inventory, logistics, Finance and connected applications, and promote standard SAP capabilities over unnecessary customisation.
  • Analyse interfaces and integrations, including IDocs, messages and APIs, to evaluate the impact of changes and incidents across the enterprise application landscape.

SOLUTION ASSESSMENT, INTEGRATION & SUPPORT

  • Evaluate proposed solutions for functional fit, integration dependencies, feasibility, operational impact, risk and total cost of ownership, working with solution architects, SAP teams and partners to reach pragmatic outcomes.
  • Support the analysis of significant enterprise application incidents, tracing issues across SAP and connected systems, coordinating root-cause analysis and driving corrective actions with support teams and vendors.
  • Ensure new solutions and changes are operationally ready, with appropriate testing, documentation, service transition, knowledge transfer and post-go-live support arrangements.

STAKEHOLDER & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Build effective relationships with business stakeholders, Finance, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, technology teams and global SAP organizations, translating complex SAP and integration topics into clear business decisions.
  • Manage SAP partners, system integrators and vendors against scope, quality, milestones and service commitments, escalating delivery or support risks when required.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have:

  • 5 - 7 years in enterprise-scale project & programme management; S/4 Migration experience highly advantageous.
  • Proven enterprise project/programme management in large-scale retail, ideally across multi-country/matrixed environments.
  • Hands-on SAP SD experience in retail with strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Supply Chain, pricing, sales orders, delivery, billing, returns, and integration with inventory, logistics & Finance.
  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration exposure; understanding of ECC vs S/4HANA, especially within OTC, Supply Chain & Logistics.
  • Experience assessing business requirements, conducting fit gap/impact analysis, and managing testing, deployment, hypercare & support.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification required; ITIL, service transition, and SAP Activate experience advantageous.
  • Middle East retail or multi-market experience preferred, particularly with regional commercial, tax, pricing & operational requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field.
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills; structured, analytical, collaborative and delivery focused.
  • Fluent English; Arabic and/or French a plus.

Here, you will find:

  • Community. In which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit
  • Culture of empowerment. Learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead
  • Work that brings fulfillment. From delighting clients every day, to inspiring our industry at large, every action makes a difference
