
Enterprise Applications Analyst
Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC)
POSITION PURPOSE
This position exists to support the Cooperative's mission by administering, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise applications that support business operations. The Enterprise Applications Analyst provides Tier II technical support, resolves complex system issues, and partners with business units to enhance application performance while contributing to the stability and continuous improvement of the enterprise applications environment and reinforcing a culture rooted in the Cooperative's Essential Attributes.
JOB DIMENSIONS
Internal Responsibility Partners closely with IT teammates and business units to support enterprise applications, address complex technical challenges, and improve workflows that drive operational efficiency.
External Responsibility Collaborates with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot issues, coordinate system updates, and maintain reliable technology solutions aligned with organizational needs.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Candidates bring at least two years of progressively responsible experience supporting or administering enterprise applications and demonstrate the ability to operate independently in a technical environment. Relevant certifications (such as Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Data Analyst, Laserfiche, or similar technologies) are preferred.
Operational / Functional Experience The ideal candidate is a trusted technical professional with strong analytical capability and the ability to manage complex systems with minimal oversight. Experience that will contribute to success in this role may include, but is not limited to:

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Must possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues independently. Must be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Must exercise sound professional judgment to identify system risks, protect data integrity, and support reliable application performance with minimal disruption to business operations.

Since 1939, Tri-County Electric Co-op has provided safe and reliable energy to our member-owners across North Texas. With 9,294 miles of energized line and over 120,00 active meters, we are one of the largest electric co-ops in Texas.
