
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
This role is primarily remote, but candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the communities served by Travis Credit Union, which include the following counties: Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, and Yolo. For hybrid and remote roles, candidates are still required to reside within a commutable distance of our corporate headquarters in Vacaville, California.

The Enterprise Application Administrator plays a key role in advancing Travis Credit Union’s (TCU) enterprise platforms by translating business needs into scalable, user-centered solutions. This role partners with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize platform capabilities that align with organizational strategy. Administrators combine technical expertise with business analysis skills to drive adoption, enhance user experience, and ensure seamless integration with TCU’s broader enterprise systems. Supported platforms may include CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LOS (e.g., Encompass), eSignature (e.g., DocuSign), or other critical enterprise applications. Platform assignments may evolve based on business needs and team capacity. This role supports TCU’s mission by delivering technology solutions that empower members and staff to achieve their financial goals.
