Requirements

• Possess over 13 years of extensive IT experience encompassing both functional and domain expertise in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors and HCM modules.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC): Skilled in Time Off configuration, support, and implementation.
• Proficient in all Employee Central data models and adept at customizing configurations to meet client requirements.
• · Effectively captured business requirements through all EC workbooks and implemented corresponding system configurations.
• Proposed alternative solutions to business stakeholders for critical processes that are not directly supported by the system.
• Experienced in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving system defects.
• Comprehensive involvement in all project phases, including full life-cycle implementations and ongoing production support.
• Handled EC cutover activities and provided post-Go-Live support for key HR issues and enhancements.
• Requirement Gathering Collaborated closely with clients to understand their HR business processes, requirements, and goals through workshops and interviews.
• Solution Design Developed system configurations and recommended best practices aligned with client needs, preparing detailed functional design documents outlining proposed solutions.
• System Configuration Configured the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module based on approved designs, including setting up employee data models, job structures, workflows, security parameters, and other essential system settings.
• Integration Managed integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning) and external systems (like payroll or time and attendance), ensuring data consistency and seamless data flow through thorough configuration and testing.
• Testing and Quality Assurance Created test scenarios and performed system testing to validate configurations, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Training and Documentation Delivered training sessions to end-users on effective usage of the Employee Central module, while preparing comprehensive training materials and user documentation to support implementation and post-Go-Live phases.
• Support and Maintenance Provided ongoing client support after Go-Live, addressing user queries, troubleshooting problems, implementing system enhancements, and staying updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and releases.
• Project Management Worked in partnership with project managers and team members to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project delivery, monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and reporting status.
• Client Relationship Management Fostered and maintained strong client relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering value-added solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
