We are seeking a Data Architect to design and implement enterprise data solutions that support our analytics and operational reporting needs.

• Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms to support analytics and reporting
• Architect and optimize Azure SQL Database, Data Factory, and hybrid cloud solutions for scalability and security
• Oversee ETL pipelines using SSIS, Python, PowerShell, and API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems
• Establish data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational data standards
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
• Design efficient queries, indexing strategies, and data partitioning for high-performance data solutions
• Support the integration of AI-driven analytics and automation into Deaconess’s data ecosystem

What You Will Need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or database development
• Expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, SSIS, and Data Factory
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, C#, and API-based data integration
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database performance tuning, and data warehousing
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in a healthcare environment

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with RPA (UIPath) integration into data workflows
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI-driven analytics
