RaceTrac Company Overview

The Enterprise Analytics Analyst provides decision support through financial and situational analysis, turning data into clear insights that help leaders and business partners make better decisions. This individual supports development of business intelligence solutions and provides analytical support to departments across the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Supports RaceTrac's Restaurant, Fuels, and Retail divisions and shared business functions, ensuring the appropriate analytics and data are available for internal users.

  • Provides research and reporting support to internal customers, including financial analysis, data analysis, trend identification, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of tests and promotions.

  • Creates reporting tools to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement, using analysis to make strategic recommendations.

  • Uses data from various sources in reporting to drive the business forward in areas such as retail pricing, demand forecasting, and promotional analysis.

  • Fulfills ad hoc reporting and analysis requests related to promotional trends, product launches, exception reporting, and other business priorities.

  • Assesses current company reporting processes and provides recommendations for new methods to enhance reporting and analytics for internal customers.​

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred

  • 0-2 years’ experience as a systems analyst, database analyst/developer, or business analyst preferred

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other Business Intelligence software preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI preferred
