About this role:

The Senior Lead Analytics Consultant serves as the enterprise reporting and insights lead for Enterprise Analytic Enablement (Pillar 3). This role is responsible for establishing a centralized, standardized reporting strategy that delivers consistent, executive-ready insights across analytics platforms, tools, and strategic initiatives.

As a senior advisor to leadership, this individual will translate complex, multi-source data into actionable insights that inform enterprise decision-making, platform strategy, and modernization progress. The role requires advanced analytical expertise, strategic influence, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable reporting solutions aligned to enterprise priorities.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of a Pillar 3 reporting strategy, including executive scorecards, KPIs, and maturity models.
  • Establish standardized reporting frameworks to enable consistent, comparable insights across all analytics platforms.
  • Deliver reporting aligned to enterprise BI tools, including Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on analytical strategy and performance measurement.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, concise, and actionable executive insights.
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling and performance transparency.
  • Partner with business, data, and technology teams to align definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-platform performance reporting.

Mentorship & Team Development (Critical Responsibility)

  • Provide ongoing mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level analysts/developers across all team-developed analytic solutions.
  • Establish best practices for data modeling, KPI design, and visualization standards.
  • Conduct solution reviews and coaching sessions to improve quality, consistency, and scalability.
  • Develop team capabilities in modern BI tools, storytelling, and executive communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Advanced Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, dashboard/report design, performance optimization)
  • Leadership experience mentoring/leading junior analysts or developers


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data visualization and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric) to develop interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong data visualization best practices and UX design for dashboards
  • Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience engaging executive stakeholders, including delivering clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into analytics solutions that drive measurable performance and financial outcomes.
