We are seeking an Enterprise AI Program Associate to support the execution and scaling of Blackstone’s Enterprise AI initiatives. This role will sit at the center of the AI operating model, helping ensure that use cases are identified, evaluated, piloted, tracked, and scaled in a structured and repeatable manner across the firm. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management, analytical, and communication skills, and will work cross-functionally with business teams, product and platform leads, Legal & Compliance, and senior leadership to translate AI capabilities into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Enterprise AI use case pipeline, maintaining a centralized intake and tracking process and helping prioritize requests based on business impact, feasibility, and risk.

  • Coordinate pilot programs with business stakeholders and early adopters, define success criteria, track outcomes, and inform post-pilot enterprise decisions.

  • Develop repeatable playbooks, workflow guidance, and supporting materials that help translate successful AI use cases into scalable enablement across teams and functions.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to synthesize usage, adoption, and feedback data into clear insights, recommendations, and program updates for leadership.

  • Aggregate feedback from pilots, office hours, and support channels, coordinate follow-through with product, platform, and vendor partners, and track issue resolution through completion.

  • Support the execution of intake, approval, and governance processes by ensuring accurate documentation, clear status tracking, and adherence to established standards for AI use cases and agents.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, product operations, program management, strategy, or a related field, with a demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the experience structuring ambiguous problems, connect disparate inputs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear, concise deliverables and work effectively across business and technology teams.

  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the experience operating effectively in a fast-moving environment and influence without direct authority.

  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and data platforms, including Power Platform and Copilot Studio is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
