Job Description

Help shape the way IQVIA adopts AI by building and automating the technical processes that enable teams to use AI safely, compliantly, and effectively. You will turn business needs into practical guidance and repeatable ways of working that make AI Enablement faster, more consistent, and ready to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain AI Enablement workflows using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, forms, approval flows, dashboards, and reusable templates.
  • Configure, test, and refine Copilot and agent solutions using M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, SharePoint agents, and Copilot Studio.
  • Automate repeatable processes for tool intake, pilot setup, agent certification, access, support triage, lifecycle reviews, benefits tracking, and reporting.
  • Create practical, reusable assets, including prompts, agents, configuration guides, validation checklists, processes, and playbooks.
  • Turn business requirements into practical AI Enablement workflows, automations, user guidance, controls, and success measures that can be implemented and scaled.
  • Measure AI Enablement performance through cycle time, throughput, adoption, usage, support demand, benefits realization, compliance, and operational risk indicators.
  • Stay close to enterprise AI capabilities and vendor roadmaps; assess what changes mean for IQVIA and communicate recommendations in plain language.

Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on proficiency with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, SharePoint agents, and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience building workflows and automations with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, forms, lists, dashboards, low-code tools, or scripts.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, usable standards, playbooks, and decision guidance.
  • Working knowledge of Claude and other AI assistant tools, including capability testing, output comparison, and use-case selection.
  • A practical understanding of AI agent setup, including instructions, grounding content, permissions, metadata, testing, ownership, lifecycle reviews, and release readiness.
  • Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, process-design, and stakeholder translation skills.
