The AI Enablement Lead plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide AI adoption. This individual leads AI-focused communities, delivers overviews, updates, and training across Business and Functional areas, and serves as a central resource for AI-related inquiries. The role includes providing expertise on workforce productivity platforms—such as Copilot—and fostering a collaborative, innovative AI culture. The AI Enablement Lead engages colleagues through presentations and workshops tailored to audiences ranging from small teams to enterprise-wide forums. They support teams with practical guidance on AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity. Above all, the AI Enablement Lead is committed to demystifying artificial intelligence and accelerating its responsible use across the organization.

The Role
The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
Deep experience with AI platforms, low-code/no-code development tools, and related technologies (such as Copilot, Power Platform, or similar).
Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with experience building and supporting communities of practice, champions networks, or user groups.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated passion for innovation, continuous learning, and technology enablement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in delivering training
Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation
Creative problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset
Enthusiasm for working collaboratively and influencing without direct authority
