Job Description

TeamViewer provides a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technology—enabling, improving and automating digital processes to make work work better. Our software solutions harness the power of AI and shape the future of digitalization.

We believe that our diverse teams and strong company culture are key to the success of our products and technologies, that hundreds of millions of users around the world and around 645,000 customers across all industries rely on. With more than 1,900 employees worldwide, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive. Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?

You will own the renewal, growth, and day-to-day relationship for TeamViewer's sub-$10K enterprise customers across the Americas — a book that has never had a dedicated owner. You carry a retention number and an expansion quota, forecast your renewals every week alongside our Account Managers and Account Executives, and are measured on three things: reducing churn, growing revenue inside your book, and finding the accounts that can become much larger.

This is a quota-carrying sales role, not a support or SDR seat. You are the first person these customers hear from, and the reason they stay.

  • Own every renewal opportunity under $10K ARR assigned to you in Salesforce, from first outreach through closed renewal, and forecast it weekly with the same categories and discipline as the Account Manager and Account Executive teams.
  • Run a proactive renewal cycle: every renewal has an owner, a plan, and a next step well before the due date — not a reactive save at the end of the term.
  • Grow revenue within your book through seat expansion, add-ons, and license upgrades (corporate, premium), and book the sub-$10K upsells that Account Managers and Account Executives pass down to the desk.
  • Work inbound purchase intent under $10K — corporate and premium licenses, small expansions — as the default owner, coordinating with the account owner when they choose to be involved.
  • Identify accounts with the potential to grow past $10K ARR, qualify the opportunity, document the trigger, and hand it to the Account Executive or Account Manager who owns the account.
  • Drive adoption: enable customers on features and functionality, lead roadmap conversations, and run adoption reviews that surface expansion and reduce churn risk.
  • Triage support friction on your accounts, route tickets to the right owner in Support, follow up to resolution, and escalate to your manager when an issue stalls.
  • Keep Salesforce accurate: opportunity stages, close dates, next steps, and handoff records are current at all times.
  • Operate strictly within the operating agreement between the desk and the account owners: the Specialist owns sub-$10K renewal opportunities; the sole account owner (AE or AM) retains the account strategically.

What success looks like:

  • Gross revenue retention on your book at or above target — churn that was accepted as the cost of doing business is now managed.
  • Expansion quota attained through upsells inside the sub-$10K book.
  • A steady flow of qualified handoffs to Account Executives and Account Managers, with a strong close rate.
  • Forecast accuracy and cadence adherence: no renewal without an owner and a next step; nothing falling between the desk and the account owner.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years in a quota-carrying or pipeline-generating role — inside sales, SDR/BDR, renewals, or account management; SaaS or technology strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable owning a number: retention and expansion targets, weekly forecasting, and being measured on results.
  • High-volume organization: able to manage a large renewal book with consistent cadence and clean CRM hygiene (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Curious and consultative: asks about roadmap, adoption, and what else the customer is trying to solve; recognizes a small account that could become a large one.
  • Clear, confident communicator by phone, video, and email; handles objections and negotiates small commercial terms.
  • Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

What we offer:

  • Work location is Hybrid to our office in Tampa, Florida or Austin, Texas.
  • Competitive compensation and bonuses
  • Flexible PTO and paid holidays
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Comprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverage
  • Up to 12 weeks of Parental Leave
  • Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paid
  • Quarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide “All Hands” meetings
  • Open door policy and business casual dress code
  • We celebrate diversity as one of our core values. Join c-a-r-e and lead change initiatives together with us!
