Job Description

TeamViewer provides a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technology—enabling, improving and automating digital processes to make work work better. Our software solutions harness the power of AI and shape the future of digitalization.

We believe that our diverse teams and strong company culture are key to the success of our products and technologies, that hundreds of millions of users around the world and around 645,000 customers across all industries rely on. With more than 1,900 employees worldwide, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive. Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?

Responsibilities

You will own the renewal, growth and day-to-day relationship for an assigned book of TeamViewer enterprise customers across EMEA. You will carry retention and expansion targets, forecast your renewals every week alongside our Account Managers and Account Executives, and be measured on reducing churn, growing revenue within your book and identifying accounts with larger potential.

This is a quota-carrying commercial role, not a support position. You will be a proactive point of contact for customers, helping them gain value from TeamViewer, resolve friction through the right internal teams and understand relevant products, features and integrations.

  • Own assigned renewal opportunities in Salesforce from first outreach through closed renewal, maintaining accurate stages, close dates, next steps and forecast categories.
  • Run a proactive renewal cycle so every renewal has an owner, a plan and a next step well before the due date.
  • Grow revenue within your customer book through seat expansion, add-ons, license upgrades and relevant cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
  • Hold regular customer conversations to understand adoption, business priorities, upcoming initiatives, risks and potential areas for growth.
  • Deliver straightforward product demonstrations and value conversations for relevant TeamViewer functionality and integrations, with Sales Engineering support available for more complex requirements.
  • Identify accounts with potential for larger or more complex opportunities, qualify the commercial trigger and create a clear handoff to the Account Manager or Account Executive.
  • Coordinate with Support and other internal teams when customer issues arise, maintaining ownership of follow-up and escalating stalled issues appropriately.
  • Operate within the agreed ownership model between the specialist desk and account owners, ensuring clean handoffs and no customer opportunity falls between teams.
  • Contribute to a high-activity, collaborative team environment with consistent customer engagement, forecasting and CRM discipline.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and either Dutch or a Nordic language is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • 1-3 years in a quota-carrying or pipeline-generating role such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, renewals, customer success or account management; SaaS or technology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experienced SDRs ready to progress into account ownership, or early-career account management and renewals professionals, are encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable owning retention and expansion targets, forecasting weekly and being measured on commercial outcomes.
  • Able to manage a high-volume customer book with consistent organization, follow-up and CRM discipline; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Curious and consultative, with the ability to uncover customer priorities, adoption needs, risks and growth opportunities.
  • Clear and confident communicator by phone, video and email, comfortable handling objections and discussing straightforward commercial terms.

What we offer

  • Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start
  • Great compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus and regular salary reviews
  • Premiums for the private pension plan (BAV) up to the maximum amount are topped up by TeamViewer
  • Public transport friendly offices
  • Option to lease an e-bike (Germany only)
  • Special terms for local gyms
  • Access to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts
  • Regular Team events and company-wide celebrations
  • Open door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches
  • Hybrid and Flexible work time
  • Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country
  • We celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!

TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported. We C-A-R-E and understand that our diverse, values-driven culture makes us stronger. As we continue to grow as a company, we also focus on enabling our employees to grow both personally and professionally. We are proud to have an open and embracing workplace environment that will empower you to be your best no matter your gender, civil or family status, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, education level, or race.
